How do I list a tool?

After creating an account, click "List Tool" in the navigation menu. Upload photos, add a description, set your price, and publish your listing.

Is there insurance coverage?

QC Tool Swap does not provide insurance coverage. Users are responsible for securing their own insurance through homeowners, renters, or personal liability policies.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. QC Tool Swap takes a small platform fee, and sellers receive payouts directly to their connected Stripe account.

What if there's a dispute?

We encourage direct communication between users. If resolution can't be reached, the default remedy is return of the tool and payment. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Can I trade tools?

Yes! QC Tool Swap supports selling, renting, and trading. When listing a tool, you can specify if you're open to trades and what you're looking for.
